Post-Turkey Day Talk

 So, how did you do?  Were you successful at meeting your nutrition goals this Thanksgiving or was all of that food just way too tempting?   This morning I checked the Thanksgiving Day list of recommendations and now realize that I achieved about six out of the 10 suggestions.  I definitely didn't chew slowly but I did eat breakfast, exercised, ate more vegetables than I probably normally would have, drank water and as hard as it was, did not have a second plate!  You see, this blog isn't only making you healthier, it's helping me too.  With that said, I think I'm going to go take a nice, long, Post-Turkey Day walk!
