Gorgeous Grandma Sets World Record

Four years ago I had the opportunity to interview an unforgettable fitness trainer.  Living by the motto "Determined, Dedicated and Disciplined to Be Fit" Ernestine Shepherd transformed her body and life by starting an exercise program at the age of 56.  Now at 74 years old, the Baltimore, Maryland mother and grandmother runs 10 miles a day, maintains a healthy, low-fat diet and practices regular weight training sessions.
All of that healthy living has helped her secure the Guinness World Records' Oldest Competitive Female Bodybuilder title.  Congratulations Ernestine!
