Aspirin for Cancer Prevention

If you're like me, you've seen far too many family members and friends develop cancer or succumb to the disease.  Now new research is providing hope that an aspirin a day could actually keep cancer away.
The study published in The Lancet finds people who took aspirin daily for several years were far less likely to die of cancers of the stomach, esophagus and lung later in life than people who didn't take aspirin.  It's a development worth discussing with your doctor, especially if cancer runs in your family.
